PROTEKZ
was established in the year 1987 as a Small Scale Industry by four
qualified technocrats with hardcore experience in Tool & Die
Making. Based in Bangalore, we have come to occupy an enviable position
in the tool making industry for manufacturing quality Moulds and Tools.
A member of Peenya Industrial Association (PIA), we are the
manufacturer, supplier and exporter of premium quality Tools,
Injection Moulds and Plastic Moulded Components which are used in
various sectors like Bio-medical, Textile, Computer Hardware,
Packaging, Automobile, Electrical & Electronic industry etc.

Under
the able guidance of our promoters, who have done their Diploma Course
in Tool & Die Making from NTTF – Tellichery and CIPET – Madras, one
of the pioneer Institute for Tool & Die Making and Plastic
Injection Mould making in India, we are the manufacturer, supplier and
exporter of premium quality Tools, Injection Moulds and Plastic
Moulded Components which are used in various sectors like Bio-medical,
Textile, Computer Hardware, Packaging, Automobile, Electrical &
Electronic industry etc.

Ours is an ISO:9001-2000 certified company. To ensure fine quality, all our products are manufactured under the watchful eyes of our promoters who have sound knowledge and experience in the field of Tool making. Furthermore, our highly sophisticated quality control department is equipped with the latest precision measuring instruments like TESA CMM, Trimos Hight Master, Digital Verniers, Digital Micrometers, etc. which helps in checking the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Our Infrastructure
Spread over an area of over 16000 sq ft. in the silicon city of Bangalore, our manufacturing unit is well-equipped with the latest state-of-the-art Tool Room machineries like CNC EDM Machines, CNC Milling Machines, Surface Grinder Machines, Lathe and Precision Measuring Instruments. In addition, we also have the latest Autocad, Delcam power shape & power mill along with five Injection Moulding Machines (50 ton to 200 ton capacity).
